Keisha Allsop-Harsey ’10 was recently named director of residential programs for United Cerebral Palsy of New York City. She holds an M.P.A. from Metropolitan College of New York, and a nonprofit leadership certificate from Fordham University; she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Public Health online at Capella University. Keisha founded United Communities Autism Network in honor of her 5-year-old son, who was diagnosed with autism at the age of 2. Her goal is to complete her Ph.D. by 2016 and start another nonprofit geared toward women’s empowerment in Ghana, where her husband and family reside.
